The Verdict is In… Vancouver ❤s AWS!

Hey Everyone, we have some super exciting news to share! At TriNimbus, we are BIG on learning and of course, we have never been shy of telling the world how we really feel about Amazon Web Services. We always knew this day would come since we first started our journey of sharing our knowledge and experiences about AWS. Ok, you’re probably thinking enough of this prelude already, right? I’ll get right to it then!

We recently grew our Vancouver AWS User Group on Meetup to OVER 1000 MEMBERS! Woot! This is a HUGE testament to the growing interest among Vancouver’s tech community in what is certainly the BEST and most INNOVATIVE Cloud platform of our times. Don’t want to take our word for it? Here’s some proof for ya.

As the Beatles song goes, we get by with a little help from our friends – so we just want to take this opportunity to say a BIG thank you to all our members! Thanks for supporting us through the years by attending all the informative sessions from our amazing presenters and spreading the word about AWS and our User Group to your networks.

And what better way to celebrate this AWSome milestone which we hit last week and say thank you than give away 2 cool prizes?! We have an Amazon Echo…which doesn’t ship to Canada yet, however, we sent someone all the way to Las Vegas to pick it up! (Ok, we were there for work but didn’t that sound amazing?!) And we also have $250 of AWS Credits for our 2nd lucky winner.

This contest is open to our Vancouver AWS User Group members. Not a member yet? No sweat! Join our group today and head to the Discussion board to participate in the contest (closes at midnight on May 31). We are going to do the draw at our May 31st Meetup, however, you do not have to be there to win. We will find a way to get it to you. 😉

Thank you once again for making our Vancouver AWS User Group the success that it is today!  We have lots of great Meetups in the works and as always, if you have a presentation idea, venue (or both) to suggest, please let us know.
